Everton's Idrissa Gueye: Pulled after 45 minutes against Burnley

Gueye had three shots, including on on goal, but failed to win a tackle in 45 minutes during Saturday's 3-1 victory over Burnley. He also picked up a 29th-minute yellow card, his ninth of the season.

Gueye was pulled at half-time in favor of Enner Valencia to give Everton another attacking presence, and it worked out well as they went on to score thrice in the final 45. Despite the tactical change, Gueye, who still leads the Premier League in tackles, is fully expected to be back in the starting XI next week against West Ham.
