Zenit players ride metro to show support for St. Petersburg attack

Zenit St. Petersburg players took to the city's metro on Wednesday to show support for the victims of the April 3 terrorist attack that took the lives of 14 people.
An explosive device hidden in a briefcase detonated between St. Petersburg Metro stations Sennaya Ploshchad and Tekhnologichesky Institut in the attack that also injured 45.
Zenit's squad rode the metro from the club's base in the north of the city to the Tekhnologichesky Institut metro station and laid flowers at the scene, according to a statement on the club's website.
