Sturridge (ankle) is expected to resume training Friday.
Analysis:
Sturridge injured his ankle during Monday's 2-2 draw with Sunderland, though it doesn't seem serious enough to keep him out for an extended period of time. Divock Origi, Roberto Firmino, or even youngster Ben Woodburn could lead the attacking line during Saturday's FA Cup match with Plymouth.
