Rooney should play in Saturday's match against Aston Villa after making a brief cameo against West Ham on Wednesday.
Analysis:
Rooney was fit enough to trot out for injury time against West Ham on Wednesday and with a couple of additional days of training, the club's talisman should be ready for his first Premier League match since Feb. 13. He has seven goals in 22 matches this season including five in his final seven matches before succumbing to this injury. However, it will likely take him some time to regain his form.
