VIDEO: Pablo Larrazabal jumps in lake to escape hornet attack, promptly birdies next hole

It's no secret that many scenes from the Kevin Costner movie Tin Cup were based on actual events. The thought of trying to hit a pelican with a golf ball is too ridiculous to make up.
Well, during play on the second day of the Maybank Malaysian Open in Kuala Lumpur, Spanish golfer Pablo Larrazabal came under attack by a swarm of hornets. To avoid them, he proceeded to jump in a lake. Literally.
If that isn't wacky enough, after drying himself off, Larrazabal promptly birdied the very next hole.
Seriously, this is the stuff of legends.
Larrazabal carded a 4-under 68 on Day 2.
