Jordan Spieth had regret watching Rio golf

Jordan Spieth, too, was second-guessing his decision to be reclined on the couch while tuning into golf's return to the Olympics.
"The potential for regret was going to be there, and it certainly was while I was watching," Spieth told ESPN's Jason Sobel on Wednesday at a press event at The Barclays.
Rory McIlroy, who unlike Spieth essentially denounced golf as an Olympic sport, admitted to Sobel earlier that he was "proven wrong," and liked what he saw.
Golf will remain an Olympic event for Tokyo 2020. It's future beyond that is unknown.
