Dubnyk will start between the pipes Friday against the Red Wings, Kent Youngblood of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Analysis:

Despite a rough outing Thursday against the Senators in which he yielded three goals on 22 shots, the Wild will stick with their main man for both ends of a back-to-back set. He allowed just one goal in a victory against the Red Wings earlier this season, and the opposition averages just 2.59 goals per game at home this season. While it's a risky play, Dubnyk had arguably his best month of the season in March (10-2-1 record) and could be in line for another victory Friday.
