Winnipeg Jets forward Nikolaj Ehlers (eye) will return to action Thursday against the Kings, TSN's Sara Orlesky reports.
Analysis:
Ehlers has missed the Jets' last 10 games with an eye injury he sustained March 3 against the Islanders, and will wear a full facial shield in Thursday evening's contest for additional protection. The 2014 first-round pick was red hot before missing time with his injury, racking up 15 points in his last 18 games. Ehlers is expected to skate alongside Mark Scheifele and Blake Wheeler on Winnipeg's top line in Thursday's matchup with LA.
