The Montreal Canadiens received some bad news Tuesday following their third consecutive win.
Center Brian Flynn will be out six-to-eight weeks with a lower-body injury, the team announced.
Flynn left the game after sustaining the injury in the second period and didn't return. The 27-year-old has four goals and six assists in 54 games.
Nathan Beaulieu also left the game and didn't return after blocking a Steven Stamkos shot.
