Clune suited up in the Leafs' last eight contests, and was effective in his fourth-line role, recording 11 penalty minutes and 27 hits. However, Clune put just three shots on goal in those eight games, and it looks as though head coach Mike Babcock will turn to Brad Boyes in an attempt to provide the Buds with some more offense.
