The Music City delivered a smash hit on Sunday.

The NHL All-Star Game in Nashville posted a 1.17 overnight rating, establishing a new NBCSN record for the event.

The five most tuned-in American markets were Buffalo, Pittsburgh, Chicago, St. Louis, and Detroit.

Market Rating
Buffalo 3.7
Pittsburgh 3.7
Chicago 3.3
St. Louis 2.9
Detroit 2.9

It's evident the league got it right with the revamped three-on-three format. They certainly have John Scott to thank as well.

You're up, Los Angeles.
