Toronto Maple Leafs prospect William Nylander could finally make his return this weekend.

The 19-year-old took part in his first full practice with the AHL's Toronto Marlies on Tuesday, and is likely to return to game action in one of their two games this weekend, according to head coach Sheldon Keefe.

Nylander has been sidelined ever since he took a hit to the head in his first game of the World Junior Hockey Championships in December.

He led the AHL in scoring before embarking on the trip to Finland, but now sits eight points back after missing the Marlies' last 15 contests.
