Analysis:
Pateryn will watch the game from the press box as blueliner Alexei Emelin reportedly is set to return from a lower-body injury. Pateryn has not recorded a point in 25 career games at the NHL level, though he does tend to do the dirty work without the puck and uses his 6-foot-2, 222 pound frame to outmuscle the opposition when he does see the ice. Last season, with AHL Hamilton, he doled out 56 PIM in 53 games.
