Pittsburgh Penguins goaltending prospect Matt Murray has added more hardware to his trophy case.

The netminder, who in March set an AHL record for the longest shutout streak, was named the league's Rookie of the Year on Tuesday.

Murray received more praise Friday when he was voted the AHL's top goaltender.

The AHL's version of Carey Price had a 25-9-3 record with a goals-against average of 1.51 and save percentage of .943 in 39 games to go along with 12 shutouts.
