Ducks clinch playoff spot, President's Trophy remains in sight

Check one goal off the list.

With a 3-2 win over the New York Islanders on Saturday, the Anaheim Ducks punched their ticket into the 2015 Stanley Cup Playoffs.

The win gave the Ducks 103 points on the season, keeping them in contention to end the regular atop the league standings.

That achievement, however, would be secondary to playoff success, and the Ducks are no doubt looking to be the last team standing come June.
