Coyotes reassign Samuelsson to AHL

The Arizona Coyotes have sent Henrik Samuelsson back to the AHL.

Samuelsson, who failed to record a point and registered a minus-2 rating in his first two NHL games, has been sent back to Portland, the club announced Sunday.

Drafted 27th opverall in 2012, Samuelsson could be up in the NHL again this season and is likely to be a mainstay on the roster sooner than later.
