Analysis:

Niemi has experienced a rather rough February, going 3-5-2 with a 2.99 GAA and .910 save percentage over 10 outings. He's been able to sidestep repeated blowups that might otherwise compromise his hold on the No. 1 goalie job, but his production has nonetheless left a lot to be desired. With Ottawa entering Saturday's game with confidence after scoring back-to-back road shutouts over the Ducks and Kings, Niemi doesn't make for an overly appealing fantasy option in daily formats Saturday.
