Tampa Bay Lightning forward Tyler Johnson has been ruled out of action with a lower-body injury, according to the official lineups.

Johnson, who missed the Saturday's skills events with the ailment, was set to appear in his first All-Star Game.

At the break, he boasts the league's fifth-highest point total with 17 goals and 31 assists.

No timetable has been set for his return to the Lightning lineup.
