Blackhawks' Carcillo punishes Jets' Perreault with nasty cross-check

The Winnipeg Jets may have lost their hottest goal-scorer by way of a player clinging to what's left of his relevance. 

Mathieu Perreault left the game after appearing to have suffered a significant injury as a result of this vicious cross-check from Chicago Blackhawks tough guy Dan Carcillo: 

The Jets confirmed Perreault would not return with an upper-body injury.
