The Boston Bruins were without Loui Eriksson for portions of the second and third periods during Wednesday's win over the Pittsburgh Penguins because of a nagging injury, head coach Claude Julien told reporters.
Eriksson returned to start the third after taking a slash from Robert Bortuzzo in the second, but did not play a single shift past the 10-minute mark of the final frame.
