Coyotes' Smith pulled after allowing 4 goals on 11 shots

Arizona Coyotes goaltender Mike Smith was pulled from Monday's game against the Vancouver Canucks early in the second period.

Smith allowed four goals on 11 shots, the final blow coming courtesy of Canucks forward Brad Richardson, less than two minutes into the second stanza.

Devan Dubnyk came on in relief.
