Report: Senators renew attempts to trade Colin Greening

The Ottawa Senators have placed forward Colin Greening in the NHL's bargain bin.
General manager Bryan Murray has sent out a league-wide memo to remind his colleagues that the 28-year-old forward is up for grabs, Darren Dreger of TSN reports.
The Senators are believed to be seeking a mid- to late-round draft pick in return, but Greening's $2.65-million cap hit through 2016-17 may be too big of a sticking point to facilitate a deal.
Greening has failed to record a point in nine appearances for the Senators this season.
