Flyers' Giroux absent from practice, status to be updated by GM Hextall

Claude Giroux's status remains up in the air, despite assurances from the Philadelphia Flyers that he's doing just fine.
Giroux was noticeably absent from Tuesday morning's practice after being forced to miss a fan event Monday in order to be evaluated by team doctors.
General manager Ron Hextall reported that Giroux was "fine" following the evaluation, but could be singing a different tune Tuesday.
Hextall says Giroux update will come later today. He's at GM meetings in Toronto
