Canucks' Miller pulled after allowing 5 goals on 13 shots

Sergei Belski / USA TODAY Sports

Vancouver Canucks goaltender Ryan Miller had a tough day at the office.

The veteran netminder has looked solid in the early going, but looked brutal on Tuesday night as he surrendered five goals against on 13 shots faced against the Dallas Stars. Of course, it's not like his teammates helped his cause much - what with Alex Burrows scoring an own goal in the first period, and Chris Tanev body-checking him prior to Tyler Seguin's first period goal.

He was mercifully given the hook early in the second period following Cody Eakin's second goal of the night.
