Analysis:

While the undisclosed ailment will force Killorn to miss his second straight contest, Cooper said that the forward is still being viewed as day-to-day, after he reported some improvement Tuesday. Jonathan Drouin has since returned from his rehab assignment at AHL Syracuse to slot in for Killorn as the club's second-line left wing. As one of the top prospects in all of hockey, Drouin doesn't figure to surrender that role back to Killorn upon his return to full health.
