Bruins place Krejci on injured reserve

The Boston Bruins will not have center David Krejci in the lineup for their season opener Wednesday night as they have placed him on injured reserve, according to the team's website.
Krejci has been nursing an undisclosed minor injury that he sustained in Saturday's preseason game against the Detroit Red Wings.
