Lightning's Drouin could miss 'at least another week' with upper-body injury

Don McPeak / USA TODAY Sports

Tampa Bay Lightning prospect Jonathan Drouin could miss another week of training camp due to the upper-body injury he suffered at the team's rookie camp.

Head coach Jon Cooper initially described the injury as "nothing to worry about," but after further examination Monday revealed little improvement, it appears Drouin's absence will spill into the preseason.

Drouin, NHL.com's No. 1 prospect, scored 108 points in 46 games with the Halifax Mooseheads of the QMJHL last season.

The Lightning embark on their preseason schedule Tuesday against the Nashville Predators.
