Sidney Crosby: Says Wrist Feels 100 Percent
Crosby declared that he was 100 percent healthy Monday, after he dealt with a nagging wrist injury for much of the postseason, Josh Yohe of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports.
Analysis:
Crosby entertained the idea of surgery to correct the wrist issue in the summer, but rest and rehab ultimately proved to be a less stressful solution. He's back working out in Pittsburgh in preparation for training camp, and should be poised for another run at the Art Ross Trophy in 2014-15. If Crosby wasn't already being drafted as the top overall fantasy skater, the news that he's fully healthy should do the trick.
