Report: Red Wings re-sign F Landon Ferraro to 1-year, 2-way, $550K contract

The Detroit Red Wings have re-signed forward Landon Ferraro to a one-year, two-way deal worth $550,000, according to capgeek.com

The checking center - a 2009 second-round pick of the Red Wings - made his NHL debut last season, appearing in four games for the injury depleted Red Wings. In 70 games with Detroit's AHL affiliate the Grand Rapid Griffins, Ferraro scored 15 goals and managed 31 points.
