Kings get first playoff win in Chicago, even series 1-1
The Los Angeles Kings scored six unanswered goals to win Game 2 of the Western Conference Final against the Chicago Blackhawks, 6-2.
At one point, the Blackhawks led 2-0 and nearly stretched their lead to three, save for a stellar Jonathan Quick effort. He stopped a 2-on-1 that turned things around and set the Kings on a roll, which included a five-goal third period.
The Game 2 loss for the Blackhawks ends their bid to go undefeated at home in the playoffs. It also gives the Kings their first-ever playoff win in Chicago.
Star Performer
Kings forward Jeff Carter scored an empty-net goal to polish off a hat trick, and scored the tying goal. The first goal scored by Carter was credited to Drew Doughty and changed just after he scored his third.

Turning Point
It was joked about on the Kings' bench, but it turned out to be the save that turned around the game.
On a 2-on-1 with Duncan Keith, Brent Seabrook was stopped by Jonathan Quick. The goal would have put the Blackhawks up 3-0, instead the save paved the way for the Kings to score six.

Highlight Reel
In hindsight, this play didn't do much good for the Blackhawks, but it is worth watching again.
Defenseman Nick Leddy scored his first goal in 47 games on the power play and it was a pretty one. See for yourself:
