Ducks' Selanne scratched for Game 4 Wednesday vs. Stars

Kirby Lee / USA TODAY Sports

As the Anaheim Ducks look to extend their series lead over the Dallas Stars in Game 4 of their first-round series, head coach Bruce Boudreau is shaking up the lineup at the expense of veteran forward Teemu Selanne.

The 43-year-old Selanne has registered one assist and six shots on goal while averaging 11:16 of ice time in three games.

Etem, 21, appeared in 29 games for the Ducks during the regular season, scoring seven goals and adding four assists; in seven postseason games in 2013, the youngster contributed three goals and two assists.

Selanne will be a healthy scratch in the playoffs for just the second time in his legendary career.
