Avalanche's Rocco Grimaldi: Reassigned to minors Sunday

Grimaldi was sent down to AHL San Antonio on Sunday.

With the Avs' season coming to a close and four games remaining on San Antonio's schedule, Grimaldi and some other young call-ups were likely reassigned so that they could get a bit more ice time before the end of the campaign. Grimaldi finished his time in the NHL this season with an assist, 11 shots on goal and a minus-4 rating while averaging 11:00 of ice time.
