Jets' Blake Wheeler: Fills up stat sheet in shootout win

Wheeler picked up a goal, an assist, a plus-2 rating and two PIM in Tuesday's 4-3 shootout win against the Devils.

Analysis:

The hot streak just keeps getting hotter -- he's now up to a dozen points over his last eight games, with half of those on the power play. Thought last season's 78 points weren't repeatable? Well, they probably aren't, but Wheeler is now just two points away from cracking 70 for the second straight campaign. His name doesn't often come up among the stars of the league, but perhaps it should.
