Wild's Zach Parise: Eye swollen after Tuesday's loss
Parise's eye was "really swollen" after Tuesday's loss against the Capitals, Michael Russo of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune reports.
Analysis:
Head coach Bruce Boudreau mentioned that Parise's injury is more of the upper-body variety than specifically the eye, although it's uncertain what that means exactly. Reading the tea leaves, perhaps the coach is hinting Parise has a concussion, which would obviously keep him out a bit (or perhaps a lot) longer than a simple laceration.
