Coyotes' Laurent Dauphin: Demoted to minors
The Coyotes reassigned Dauphin to AHL Tucson on Tuesday.
Analysis:
Arizona recalled Christian Fischer in a corresponding transaction Tuesday, so this move boils down to a simple swap of forward depth. Dauphin has only managed to tally three points in 24 games with the big club this season, so it wouldn't be surprising to see him finish out the 2016-17 campaign in the minors.
