Smith has allowed three or more goals in nine of his past 12 appearances, which isn't great when you're playing for the team that owns the NHL's second-worst goal differential. The Coyotes don't provide nearly enough offensive support to mask the goals Elliott allows, so he's only worth keeping around as a low-end No. 2 in deeper fantasy leagues.
