Rangers' Dan Girardi: Still out Tuesday

Girardi (ankle) skated Monday, but still won't play Tuesday in New Jersey, Steve Zipay of Newsday reports.

Analysis:

The blueliner has been out since Feb. 28 and will still need a bit more time to return. Considering he can't play Tuesday, it seems unlikely that he'll return Wednesday against the Islanders, but further update should be provided prior to that contest.
