Penguins' Marc-Andre Fleury: Dealing with illness
Fleury was absent from practice Tuesday with an illness but will travel with the Penguins for their four-game Canadian road trip that opens Wednesday in Winnipeg.
Analysis:
Fleury's illness is poorly timed, as Sunday's dominant relief appearance (in which he stopped all 28 shots he faced) could have earned him some additional starts. With the Flower unable to practice, it seems likely Matt Murray will be in the crease for Wednesday's meeting with Winnipeg. If Fleury is unable to suit up, the Pens will likely recall Tristan Jarry from AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton to serve as the backup.
