Sabres' Robin Lehner: Starting Tuesday

Lehner will be in the blue paint for Tuesday's matchup with Philadelphia, Paul Hamilton of WGR Sports Radio 550 reports.

Analysis:

Despite his stellar statistics for the season, Lehner has hit something of a skid in his last five games. In that span, the big Swede has gone 1-2-2 with a 3.53 GAA and .888 save percentage, giving up at least four goals on three occasions. Lehner has proven himself to be a very good NHL goaltender in 2016-17, but he still plays behind a bad team consisting of players whose effort levels are often called into question, and those circumstances seem to be catching up with him of late. Until the Sabres can get their play as a team back on track, it's difficult to envision Lehner thriving in a fantasy sense.
