Devils' Pavel Zacha: Out with concussion

Zacha has been diagnosed with a concussion and will not play Saturday's game against the Rangers, Andrew Gross of The Record reports.

Analysis:

Gross notes that Zacha did not work out Thursday, and the plan is for him to do so Friday. Concussions are notoriously tricky injuries to lock down in terms of timetables for return, so Zacha will need to log one full-contact practice at the very least as well as passing the NHL's concussion protocol before he's given clearance to return to game action.
