Penguins' Nick Bonino: Doubtful Tuesday

Bonino (illness) is unlikely to play against Carolina on Tuesday, Dave Molinari of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

The center stayed behind at the team hotel for Tuesday's morning skate. In his absence, Carter Rowney will center the Pens' fourth line, while Matt Cullen will make the jump to the third line. After Tuesday's game, Pittsburgh doesn't play again until Saturday against the Flyers, so one can expect Bonino to be healthy in time for that one.
