Hurricanes' Jeff Skinner: Model of consistency this season

Skinner added an assist during Saturday's 4-3 loss to the Sharks, giving him 22 points in 27 games this season.

Analysis:

After years of being a very streaky scorer, Skinner is finally beginning to show the consistency we have all been waiting for, having gone no more than two games without a point this season. He is currently on pace for a 60-plus point season, something he has not done since his 63-point rookie campaign back in 2010-11. Bottom line, Skinner is very worthy of a roster spot in most fantasy formats at the present time.
