Flyers' Claude Giroux: Continues hot stretch with two more helpers

Giroux picked up a pair of assists -- one on a second-period power play, the other on Jakub Voracek's overtime winner -- against the Panthers on Tuesday.

Analysis:

He's been clipping along briskly of late, racking up eight points (half of those on the power play) and a plus-7 rating over the last seven games. Giroux started the season a bit slowly, getting unlucky on shooting percentage and struggling in the plus-minus category, but this run has brought his numbers (25 points in 28 games) approximately in line with preseason expectations.
