Devils' John Quenneville: Sent down to minors
The Devils assigned Quenneville to AHL Albany on Tuesday.
Analysis:
The 20-year-old pivot appeared in two games with the Devils during his brief NHL stay, registering one and hit and one blocked shot while averaging just 8:42 of ice time. The 2014 first-round pick will likely spend a majority of the 2016-17 campaign in the minors, where he's already tallied an impressive 17 points (seven goals, 10 assists) in 19 games this season.
