Blues' Joel Edmundson: May play Saturday

Edmundson (upper body) was a full participant at Friday's practice and could be available for Saturday's game against Winnipeg, Tom Timmerman of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Analysis:

Edmundson has been a full practice participant all week, but coach Ken Hitchcock sounded more optimistic following Friday's session. "Today was the first day he went right through the whole thing and there was a lot of battling going on and he made out 100 percent, so that was a big step," said the coach. If you need help in the hits category, Edmundson is of value there, but we need to see how he responds Saturday.
