Sharks' Logan Couture: Nabs another power-play tally

Working on the man advantage against the Blackhawks on Wednesday night, Couture slammed a one-timer against the post and it slid into the cage to open the scoring in an eventual 2-1 home win.

Analysis:

Couture has now activated the goal light on the power play in back-to-back games. Team Teal ranks 23rd in the league with 2.35 goals per contest, and Couture is one of several big guns up front needing to step up and play a more consistent brand of hockey. The Ontario native still has a minus-1 rating despite his recent contributions in the attacking zone, and his 0.55 points per game are well off the pace he set even in an injury-riddled 2015-16 campaign, as he managed 15 goals and 21 helpers in 52 games last year.
