Senators' Mike Condon: Takes heavy fire in loss to Predators

Condon was tagged for five goals on 40 shots in Thursday's loss to Nashville.

He was under fire all game long except for the third period, when the Preds managed just six shots and yet scored two final goals anyway. With Craig Anderson (personal) away from the team and Andrew Hammond outside the circle of trust right now, Condon's the starter by default. It's unclear when exactly Anderson will return, but his previous absences haven't been lengthy, so Condon's latest run as the No. 1 should be a short one.
