Kings' Anze Kopitar: Still day-to-day
Kopitar (upper body) said Wednesday that he remains day-to-day, Curtis Zupke of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Analysis:
Kopitar has missed the last two games after coming up lame in last Friday's game against the Senators. The Kings have extended their losing skid to four contests, so they sorely need their captain and elite two-way center back in action. However, it's highly unlikely that they'll rush him back.
