Devils' Keith Kinkaid: To start Friday

Kinkaid will make his first start of the season Friday against the Blackhawks, Andrew Gross of The Record reports.

Analysis:

Kinkaid will once again see a limited workload in the crease unless Cory Schneider suffers an injury. Schneider has set a high bar in net so far this season, but owns a 3-2-1 record due to limited offensive support. Kinkaid will look to keep the caliber of play high, but he's facing Blackhawks lineup that generally finds the back of the net frequently.
