Islanders' Thomas Greiss: Grabs win Sunday

Greiss turned aside 26 of 29 shots in a 6-3 win over the Wild on Sunday.

Analysis:

Greiss took a back seat to starter Jaroslav Halak in the previous three games but was sharp when he needed to be in his first home appearance of the year. The German netminder was fantastic last season with a .925 save percentage and 2.36 GAA across 38 starts, so you can be sure Halak's leash will be shorter than ever this year given Greiss' recent success.
